- BDS Positioning Datum System
The zero position of Nextas' BDS positioning system is obtained by a flexible combination of a tapered cam and a positioning plate, which provides a high degree of stability of the zero position accuracy and allows for flexibility and versatility.
BDS positioning system products with sealing ring, effectively avoid the dirt into the positioning interface part, so as to ensure the stability of positioning accuracy, prolong the service life, and reduce the maintenance work, so that the maintenance becomes simplified and fast.
BDS products are equipped with a lifting function in the center of the ball lock section to protect the datum position from collision when loading and unloading heavy parts.
The pallets are made of aluminum, lightweight and can be handled manually, and can be used for automated changeovers.
